How do I place an order?

Choose your treats or a party pack, add them to your cart, select card or cash, and submit your order. GEN will review it and confirm it shortly.

When is my card charged?

Square securely keeps your card on file when you submit the order. GEN charges it only after accepting your order. If the order is declined, your card is not charged.

Can I pay cash?

Yes. Choose Cash at handoff during checkout. GEN will confirm the order, and you can pay when your treats are handed off.

Can I choose cheesecake shooter flavors?

Yes. Select a flavor from the dropdown on the cheesecake shooter menu card before adding it to your cart.

Can I choose colors or a theme?

Yes. Use the personalized package form to share your celebration, colors, flavors, and ideas.

Are party packs ready to purchase?

Yes. Small, Medium, and Large party packs can be added directly to the cart at the advertised price.

Do you offer pickup and delivery?

Yes. Choose pickup or local delivery during checkout. GEN serves Bryan and College Station.
